  SG law on rapists nt tough enough...
  Should let the punishment be on the dick than on the butt as the butt did not commit the rape.

  1: NASA vacuum pump...
  2: Spread thickened honey on dick n let ants loose on it...
  3: Do some Op on the vein in the dick so that he cannot maintain erection forever. ( To Prevent future rapes).
