Are Singaporeans conformists?

Hi! I have seen that many people suggest bans when it comes to certain subject against law or against the well-being of a moderator.. Do you think it is possible for Singaporeans to think more in depth then accepting what is deemed as right or wrong by authorities?

most of the time, the request for ban seems fair.
either stupid people posting stupid topic, or stupid trolls who stepped out of line.

Well, to stop this forum into degenerating into a slum, there have to be rules.If you don't like it,there are always alternatives.

From my observation, Singaporeans are big time conformists when you look at it from the big picture, not just on the topic of banning a thread.
