Stupid pervert in the toilet

Today i went into the toilet and i saw one guy stupid gay guy wearing just swimming shorts and a t shirt standing in the toilet.he juz stood there and did noting then when i tried to urinate he peep at me WTF??? for your info tt toilet was a macdonald toilet somewhere near the tampines mart cuz i study there and i went there to eat. after i eat finish i want to clean up my hand i go in he was still there!!! sick man for your info tt toilet was also very small wiff only 2 standing cubical ..........
