so from your question, do you mean would a real girl mind having sex with a FTM transsexual, which is a female who became a male, and has undergone a sex change operation. or do you mean a MTF transsexual whos a male who became a female and has undergone a sex change operation, which in that case sex wouldnt really be possible.
either that are you talking about transgendered people, which are people who wish to live as the opposite sex but do not wish to have a sex change surgery, which is what i think you are talking about. the not-so-nice term for a transgendered female would be...umm....she-male?
well anyway...to answer your question, the answer would be it depends on the girl. but basically though the girl has to be a les, or at least abit bi, since transgendered females are actually normal females except for...that.
put it this way...would you mind having sex with a transgendered male? a perfectly normal male except he has female genitals.

i guess they're using tranny here in a wider sense to include all pre-op, post-op, and on hormones or not.
