  dick is dark because it has more dark pigmens. Usually skin with dark pigmens won't get sun burnt easily.

  Rubbish la.. I have brown skin and I know it. Just less then an hour of sun on my skin and I get sun burnt bah.. Dark pigments and sun tanning have no relation whatsoever.
