  wow... later will be itchy when new hair grow... then you will scratch until bleeding... then will have infection... then pus will flow out... then you scratch somemore untill the flesh tear... then a little contact with dirty stuff will lead to fungal growth... then you will have to cut it off.

  pluck them off
  grow back then pluck again
  after many cycles, the follicles will die and hair will not grow anymore
