not all the time. i do have orgasms with bf with little foreplay. play/lick my nips for 2 mins and he is inside already. but i still can get orgasms from me rocking on top or while he is doing me in the right way. deep thrusting, coupled with good physical size can do the trick. esp when his thighs can rub the rest of my public hair, clit when he is still pumping.
