Lol, first of all this is old news and secondly, get the facts right, Malaysian Gov (internal affairs ministry) later revealed that the girl is a Malaysian. Malay to be specific. It came out in Malaysian newspaper sometime after the incident was revealed.

The story in malaysian newspapers wat... even came out in news. It was revealed after the minister came back from china. Somehow the ministry for internal security dun wan to reveal the identity earlier becoz of...i also dunno...they din say. Lol..

But i dun think this topic should be under Bars. It should be in Speakers' Corner.
The Malaysian police humiliated the PRC citizens in this way, and the PM of Malaysia came personally to China to apologize.
However, although the Malaysian government has set up a committed to investigate into this issue, they were actually investigating who was the one who taped all these down, instead of investigating who was the policeman who asked the woman to squad.
That makes the investigation unsatisfacory to China.
