Anyway to answer original question there is one difference.
In Keong Saik Street you wash your little brother yourself in the wash basin inside the bedroom. In Geylang the chicken washes your little brother in the attached bathroom. -

i eat original in other HK/China, both taste better than singapore one. -

Gelyang is better than Keong Saik..
Because Geylang got many slim gals ...but you have to pay $150 for this 45 minutes session.
There are 3 category of pros in GL.
CAT 150 (Malaysians) cost $150
CAT 80 (Malaysians) cost $80
CAT 40 (Thais) cost $40
As for Keong Saik Road, you have to pay $100 for a gal which is generally not as pretty . Most are abit fat.
As for whether you will get washed in a wash-basin or in a shower room,
CAT 30 and CAT 50 gals will wash you in a wash-basin ..
And CAT 70 and 100 gals will wash you in shower room.
CAT 30 - you pay $30 and gal are over 40s..
CAT 50 - you pay $50 and gals are over 30s
CAT 70- you pay $70 and gals are over 25
CAT 100- you pay $100 and gals are between 21 to 24
