I used to record intimate moments too just for curiosity on how I looked while 'performing' from a third person's view. But I usually delete them after I've seen it. I've never kept any of them. Thank god when I lost my phone, no video was inside. I'm just worried if any smart aleck can 'recover' deleted images/videos from the phone memory. Theoretically it can be done. So to be extra safe, nowadays, even after deleting videos, I'll usually record dummy videos with the idea that the dummy recording will override whatever weak trace signals in the phone memory that can be recovered. Best is don't record ..... but then what to do with the phone camera huh ?

I think she made an error of judgement, that it was foolish to leave a clip on her mobile. thats not equivalent to her having sinned or done something wrong per se. the person who should really be penalised in this fiasco is probably the person who stole her mobile and decided to distribute the contents.
