  I would just like to know what are your comments on this:
  
  Does looking at revealing (not porn)photos, then having an erection for a few minutes, and feeling really 'high' without touching or stimulating your kid at all, considered masturbation?
  
  Please note at the end there is minimal, a very small whitish discharge.

  This is indeed a dilemma. Mast. means physical stimulation of genitals, but this is not the case in such example, as it is mental stimulation.

  That is not considered as masturbation. Sometimes when you are sexually excited, some sperms do flow out... This is called pre-cum.... Very common...
