  ..... can anyone verify my friend's claims that there is a mentally disabled guy whose looks resembles that of chicken little n about the age of 21 who like to flash his manhood in the hdb void decks there n he lives around that area as well?

  ya i live in Serangoon Ave 2, there's this malay guy. probably prematured at birth.
  
  Looks cranky. small size. and doing funny things. he will always hang out at this 2 coffee shops. residents would know him.
  
  dun really look like chicken little actually. he don't wear specs. but however, he always wear his shorts high and his shirt tucked.

  the coffeshop near NYJC is one of his fave hangout. (with the famous indonesian rice stall)
  
  and the coffeeshop opp sernagoon centre NTUC. (with alot of ah phek playing dum chess there)
  
  i dun remember him flashing his willy. so far no complain about him but i do see the stall owners and a few regular customers disturbing him once in a while. harmless disturbance.

  what i heard is that guy is a chinese guy but yes he is small size and likes to do funny things. he wears spectacles.
