I do admit some of the PRCs do not have the basic courtesy of giving up seats to the needy. Then, again, some Singaporeans don't have the basic courtesy too.

how about i say, i saw some of them giving up seats while singaporeans pretend no see or pretend to be "sleeping"?

THEY TREAT THE WHOLE SINGAPORE AS IF IT BELONGS TO CHINA!
