Posting female non naked pic.... is it illegal?

  was always wondering, if we post a girl non naked pic (eg bikini, sexy picture with bra or underwear) or cencesored naked picture (eg- the eye, nipples and private parts sensored) is it illegal? Assume that we did not get her approval.....
  
  Maybe the moderator could give some guilde line?

  hello...in my position as uber-moderator of sgforums...i would like you to post the pictures first before giving any comment as to their legality.
  
  in the hierachy of things, i sit above firecrotch so there is nothing to fear...
  
  i encourage you to post as many lewd pictures as you can find...even of unclad chiobus...as my job as uber-moderator is a very boring one and i need some eye-candy to divert me from my daily work...
  
  please do ensure that you only post pictures of chiobus as i have no wish to spoil my eyesight....

  Frankly, me have no idea.
  
  Logically, me don't think it's appropriate to post pictures of that sorts without the consent of the subjects in the picture.
