acturally it isn't the problem with the uniform but its just the colour of under garment , some undergarment factories specially made undergarment for women and they added some kind of materal which made it look more bright looking colours , recently visting my senior at TTSH seen 2 nurses wearing very sharp eye catching pink coloured undies and bras...
