I feel embarrassed when I see the bust of a colleague of mine. What should I do so that my eyeball will look straight ahead and not dart around and aim at her bust? Will more communication help? Must I buy something that resembles those so that I can control my eyeballs from darting around? Will buying steamed chinese buns for my family to eat help? Will eating steamed chinese buns help me get rid of the thought! I feel so embarrassed, cause she looks pretty.

Easy lor. Stop being a pervert and stop looking at her 'eye' (bust). Look at her in the real eye instead when you talk to her.
That's of course, unless you've got something going on with her. Then also don't look at her bust... You should probably cover it up with something so you can't see it. I can suggest using your hands. Squeeze it -

the first thing that came to my mind was to just tell her straight. put on ur most pathetically honest look and admit to her that u find her attractive and that u just CANNOT (for the life of you) get ur eyes off her titties (PLEASE don't use that word!)
that's my suggestion. altho u dun have to follow it. i reckon this approach won't go down well with many gals... definitely not in conservative singapore. yeap that's rite, singaporeans are conservative, gals and guys.
