Just now my friend told me her sister saw a flasher when she go back from school.. She is from a girls sec sch (cannot say which one). The flasher was a “ah beng” early 20s.. She was with her friend but dare not to report police..
Wish to hear from what you all think about these people? Why got these behaviour and what you think is the best punishment for these people?
