Actually it is scientifically researched and shown that most heart attacks and fatal heart attacks occur in the morning after you wake up.
You have been sleeping and if you wake up and suddenly go "mad" and rush around getting ready for work or school or whatever; full of anxiety; be careful you might get a heart attack.
Make sure everyday after you wake, you take it easy and slowly warm up. -
