I dun see how the Americans can be so black-and-white when it comes to job fitting. In my society, i.e. Singapore, ..
What if the person is a Manager of Sales & some responsibilities in operations in an Engineering Company (who was an engineer at the beginning of his career), with some knowledge in accounting & HR?
Hehehehe... Wonder how will the bricks be like.. The person may be found dead under the pile of bricks.. died of overwork and underpaid. Hahahahahahahaha..
