  well then if you are lucky enough,and there is a nearby kopitiam that is 24 hours and they subscribe to it for the WC package,can go down to watch

  yeah that is what i am going to do.Last world cup,my nearby kopitiam still did not have TV but just think they wise up on this liao from support shown from last WC,just like 3 months ago,the kopitiam installed their TV with sports channel,think there will also be quite a few kopitiams around singapore who will do that too to earn such a crowd's money
  
  But well problem is finding a decent seat or even a standing place unless you are willing to go down really early and sit around doing nothing much
