  They should show me how they love me. Everyday they work and work, they didn't even ask about my school life nor love life. And yet everyday I have been asking my mum how's her day today etc. I feel no love from them, and money is the only thing I'm looking towards for every end of the month. I wanted to migrate to aust after I've served my NS. I couldn't take it anymore. And I guess I'm showing signs of depression and yet my parent didn't notice. I am true disappointed.

  U r experiencing growing pains and after all, u have Asian parents.
  
  Don't expect too much from ur parents, they are after all, of a totally different generation from u. Don't expect them to notice u r depressed or how ur doing in sch. Rather, treat it as a chance to grow up and be independant.
  
  When u r a parent urself, u may realise that ur parents are having a tough time slogging out there. So when they are back home, they may not have much energy.
