SHE claims that he drugged her, beat her, and forced her to have anal sex for 10 years.
And to stop her from escaping, or from making a police report, Madam Lin's husband, 54, allegedly used his handphone to record her moans while they had sex and blackmailed her with the clip.
Despite this threat, Madam Lin, 48, said that she tried to escape more than once, reported the China Press.
Five years ago, she made a report at the Tanah Merah police station in Kelantan.
But she claimed that the officers classified her case as a domestic dispute, and refused to help her.
She returned to her home, where her nightmare continued.
ESCAPE ATTEMPT
Last Thursday night, she plucked up her courage and made another escape attempt.
This time, she borrowed a car from a friend, and drove to the Kota Baru police station instead.
She made a report at 1.35am on Friday.
In her statement, she said that she could not bear the beatings, or being forced to have unnatural sex.
Madam Lin told the China Press that at times, she had thought of killing herself rather than continue to suffer at her husband's hands, and being forced to fulfil his perverted desires.
But she did not do so as she had clung to the slim hope of leaving that hellish existence behind, and starting a new life with her child.
