I have biko 3
but is half jap half english.. the game comes in full jap, but the only patch available online which i have, will translate the menu and some action dialogue to english. the rest of the dialogue is in jap, but u dun need to understand to play the game.
The game also comes with a walkthrough, a special save file and the patch -

Inspired by the intriguing storyline of Biko and stealth elements with some PC games like Splinter Cell, Hitman, Thief, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and the up coming The dark Messiah of Might and magic, a local Sg underground group of game designers and creators are coming up with a Singapore style Biko. The individuals of this group are existing and drop-outs from local secondary, primary, NITEC and Polytechnics. There are remours indicating that the frontmen of this game developers are some post and drop out graduates in multimedia design and engineering.
The spokesman (Sg Hentai Beng) were supportive enough to feed us the latest info on the progress of this game and how it feels like:

SHB: Well we have not yet come to a conclusion on the game title yet but have been working hard with our team to make it a relaity behind the PC and game consoles. Sugested game titles include "The wrath of Pervasion", "Stress", "The Intruder" but it is not finalized yet. Basically we have been looking up to the great graphics and feel of stealth games and wanted to pack some level of intense close up combat and pervertic action in this game. Be assured that Sg Hentai can enjoy this game for months again after purchase.

SHB: Well, bascially there are a few characters to choose from for a start and like many westerner's games you can choose skills, distribute experience or award points to the skills or sttributes, flee and hide from law enforcers, haress and do pervertic stuff on Sg girls the stuff a pervert do u know. Subjected to modeifications, you may choose to be a Rapist who go all out in the light to rape (or if you prefer you can stalker prior to rape), stalker, flasher, molester, voyeur spycamer, upskirt/ downblouse spycamer etc. Ranking includes noivce, journeyman, pervert, hopeless, criminal, wanted man. You will have weapoons to fight law enforcers if you choose the battle -it-out approach or sneak shoes to wear if you prefer to hide in the shadows. You can opt for trench coat, torchlight and masks to fulfil your quests. The maps are clearly laid stretching from Jurong to Changi and if you are caught you get to pay Changi prison a visit. You can loot fallen law enforcers for they money and buy se x toys at certain shops. You can also trade in handphones and loot for extra quick cash. There are objectives to follow and its rather open ended in a sense that if you decide to give your existing quest a skip, it will not affect what you do and you can still come back later to complete it. Expect superb life-like cinematic graphics of the island of Sg, from Esplanade to Geyland red light district, from Changi Prison to HDB flats. Bots and NPCs are crafted that has the looks of our overy own local Bengs and Lians, foreigners and students, the working adults. ingame console and commands allow you to curse in the sg tongue, point your middle finger if you have to. certain objectives require you to molest, stalk or rape girls and ladies with re-creation of our very own Felicia Chin, Fiona Xie, Lisa Ang look-alike bots and NPCs etc. We are working on plug-ins with mod that can install other foreign look-alikes (e.g Ayumi Hamazaki, Jolin Tsai, Pamelia Anderson and Jessica ALba).
