  i know this has been solved alrdy but dont know if the answer's posted. anw here's my take
  
  C puts on both condoms and has sex with A
  then takes out the outer one and gives it to A
  uses the inside one and has sex with B
  
  D puts on the one with A and has sex with A
  then puts this one inside the one just used by C and B
  then D has sex with B
  
  make sense?
