Singtel top-up card number

  Can anyone help.
  Picked up a Singtel SIM card.
  How can I know the tel number?
  
  Cannot call out to know the tel number. Also cannot SMS out to know the tel number. Cannot even call out to top-up!
  Also cannot top-up at ATM machine since I do not know the tel number?
  But the card can receive promotional SMS from singtel.

  First thing first, WHY IS THIS IN BAR ???
  
  The reason it can only receive SMS is because it have already expired due to non-registration.

  what makes you think the person lost/misplaced his/her card?? have you ever wonder that he/she may have thrown it away???
