Opinions on domestic violence against women

I have know some of my friends are wife beaters. and some like to do sexual torture a.k.a sm. My question is what is the difference between wife beaters and sm for example:
Wife beaters = punching (including private parts)
sm = torturing (including private parts)
so significantly, there ain't any difference if it involves the women's private parts. and my friend was telling me it is obviously different but i cant seem to know how.

imo. wife beaters are just people who are sad and emotionally unstable. while those s/m crap, are people with fetish, who does it for enjoyment. that's the only difference i can see though.

BDSM is consensual and personal limits are to be respected. That is not the case in spousal abuse.

If the partner is willing then its SM.
If the partner is unwilling its abuse.

In SM, first of all, do their wives enjoy it? I think some really do but what about those who don't? Shouldn't be considered abuse if it is forced SM?

Violence means there's a victim involved,if it's SM,if the woman feels shiok,you think she's a victim?

A man abusing woman is like an older kid bullying the young one.
its absolutely sickening and these babaric man, are worst than pigs.
and i'm aware they usually get shit in jail for such crimes.

Now this is a tricky part. If a man sexually tortures a women and she claims to be willingly or even enjoy it. can the women still charge the man under abuse as there is no evidence on the willingness of both parties as a fact.
