  It's a panty that is made of condom material which is designed for female protection against STDS & pregnancies.
  
  I think it's safer than the male condom. But where the hell can get it in Singapore???

  No, not femidom. I'm talking about a panty or thong made of highly stretchable material (similiar material of the regular latex condom), I think.
