  cos i feel mine are small in size but not really sure what is the normal size for singapore men. my size measurement roughly 3.3 x 2.0 x 1.8 cm.

  I don't know the normal size for testicles of adult Chinese in Singapore, they are normally TLP. You can see them in buses and MRT.
