True it can be said that it is a very true form of love putting aside factors like medical condition, economical consideration and the society issue. But I think one factor we need to consider is that what happens if the girl get pregnent and give birth to a child. From my knowledge pls correct me if I am wrong, this child will also be HIV positive so isn't it wrong for them to bring out a child to this world and suffer.

By the way, if you are infected with HIV virus by whatever means, you can still be saved if you seek treatment within 24hrs of the infection. The success rate is about 80%. It is oral medication and the whole course last for a month. So don't be afraid of losing face and delay the treatment
