  Whether for office wear or casual wear, is it necessary for ladies to wear stockings/pantyhose under skirts?
  
  Do most office lady wear hosiery to work? Anyone wear on casual days?

  "they" say u should always wear stockings with skirts when in office attire.. but it's too bloody hot in sg...

  office ladies? depends on profession lah...
  accountants, consultants, bank officers do wear, looks more professional
  some lines can dress more casually, e.g. administrative jobs
  maybe also depends on how formal your office is, whether you are meeting clients or entirely internal? hope this helps

  Its the culture here huh, and the climate I guess.. Girls in Japan like to wear stockings everywhere, while those in Singapore might not even wear to the office, sigh... I think the girls here should be reminded that stockings make them much more presentable and attractive, that's what I think..

  yah i agree that wearing stockings without covered shoes looks ugly loh. but actully wearing stocking is not hot. for me is comfortable actully.but i only wear if i am wearing the formal attire. sommore it will help u covered those ugly dark patches on yr leg.so looks more nicer n smooth..hehhe

  Feel that if a one wears pantyhose/stockings with their dress or skirt, she will look really good and nice...hosiery really enhances a ladies legs....
