  can you buy in singapore? i don't recall ever seeing any thongs selling in swimwear section of any departmental store or sports shop, or bikini shops, but i saw this guy at east coast tanning his butt, wearing a thong.
  any ideas?

  but the real question is not whether i can find thong swimwear (if i dun go into water i wear underwear instead of trucks oso nobody will know)
  is it legal to show butt in public or not? i'm not that eager to "test water" and find my face on papers the next day

  i think can lah... you in swimming pool mah.... as long as you got cover your infront and ppl can see you clamp your swimming trunk between for arse, then i think they wont sue you or anything.
