its paining now

yesterday night, my hubby fisted me, and that came to me unexpectedly. What started as a finger suddenly went ahead to turn up to Fisting. Though I enjoyed those moments and squirted also, and that was followed by a oral and sexual intercourse. Today morning, I started realising the pain, and now while in office its hurting me while walking and the lower portion is wet also, thus wetting my panty....I believe thats a natural phenomenon, I mean this pain. Can anyone suggest what sort of medicines can i take for such pains and shall I apply some creams or those stuff ? Please help me in this regards as I feel shy visiting doc for this.
