Sorry for budging in.
i guess different professions have their intricacies. In modelling industry, apart from the looks, you need the figure too. In teaching professions, they are looking for individuals who have ample industrial experiences, so that they can better facilitate, and better prepare the students for their eventual entrance into the society.
Whether they are chio or not, is secondary, at least to me. The essence is their ability to make our students better prepared for tomorrow.

The lecturer must know how to make the lesson interesting. That I think is very important.
