  Try this two places by Indochine:
  
  Bar Savanh at club street or
  Bar Opiume at empress place..
  
  quite chill out but locals seldom go..

  the place that i would recommend is far out of singapore but it's really a very nice place. Bintan.. nice sea view and perfect place for relaxation
