Do you know, singtel began to levy information fee if you are using dial-up internet access? Any for singnet, they absorbed tel fee before, but now they didn't. how are you connecting to the internet?

singnet is better!! IMO...
i assume u're using dial-up since u are commenting about it. why dun u go broadband? ADSL is convenient (no need installation of wires) and it's not that expensive.
