Overmake-up

I have a friend who started putting on make up to work recently..but guess she over do it...and some of my collegues are actually talking abt it behind her back...you see..she has always protray a bimbo attitude in her work..and guess her make up now makes it worst.......any suggestions as to what I should do to help her?...I dun really dare to tell her straight in the face...

tell her she look better with light make-up cos it will looks more natural....
or tell her too much makeup is bad for skin complexion.... think she will put less nx time.... -
try smsing her? or send her an email..
