PC problem. help needed

  Hi,
  mi face a situation wif my PC. Working on win98SE. As below:
  
  1) Cannot open control panel from button.
  
  2) No response after double-clicking window explorer.
  still usuable
  
  3) During shutdown, always have tis message box
  
  "Notification Wnd for Rnadmin"
  and say the program not responding.
  
  why har? Virus attack/trojan horse or wat?
  
  Pls assist PLS.....

  Better do online scanning . www.antivirus.com .

  got install windows XP. sure can wan.

  thought of upgrading? usually upgrade of OS is for the better..... the newer the OS, the more secure it is... and better functions......
  that is if ur system can support the OS....
  anyway.... do back up ur files and do format... then install back ur win98se for the time being.......

  Not only u got this problem....
  or u can try del
  C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB

  u mean it can b due to OS issit? recently start of year, buy some diskspace. but i also update my bios VERSION

  Scan wif norton, n got the lastest version from net. no help.

  it's a software confilct/screw up happens all the time....dumb lazy programmers!
