if it's for romance then u can save up a little more and check out the rates for hotels like conrad and swissotel. i'm sure they extend cheap rates for local couples like yourself for the weekends. what with the poor tourism economy at the moment due to sars and war.

i would rather go swisshotel though..... last time i went on Valentines day... thy only charge 150++............ and u could request high floors too....... and u will haf a marvelous seaview~~~ and night view..... can see the Tua "durian" also... ROMANTIC~~~

how about sentosa's hotels? they've nice scenery and not so many pple during the night + the whole island you can explore.....maybe have some kinky moments too.

i agree that a guy shouldn't be stingy with his gf.so Geylang hotels are a "no no"!
Hm...but would u guys mind paying for the full night's rate even though u and ur gf not staying overnight cos ur gf cant stay out overnight? And wat do ur gf tell her family normally if she wants to stay overnight? should she let her parents noe she's with her bf?let's say the girl is still a teenager,so parents may still be quite strict about her staying out overnight with her bf.
