  As long we dun litter and even we do dun get caught.. the fine doesnt even bother us... the fine is there to instill social responsibility for us.. if not we will be like those ah peh or ah beng hanging around void decks blowing their nose and shooting their goey on the ground or maybe will kena ur face... *CUMSHOT*
  
  And one thing singa po lang veri the timid.. or should you say lazy to speak up for themself or dun dare... next time election vote properly lah.. dun always assume or pressume particular party will do a good job... OPEN UR EYES and GIVE OTHERS A CHANCE they might perform better than the usual party..
