  A girl will get hornier when she is ovulating (spelling). Not sure of the biological reason but I think because of hormonal changes during the time when she is "fertile".
  
  A sexually active girl will wan to do with her partner. A girl who is not yet sexually awaken may dress sexily or put on more flirty behaviour towards men.
