2) Stungun
3) Taser
4) Handcuffs / Thumbcuffs (Flexcuff exclusive)
Shrill-alarms are legal and its pretty cheap now.
If the need arises, pull the cord and alert the whole neighbourhood. 
The police will come too...either due to the alarm or due to noise pollution complaints if it is late at night. -

actually both parties have to be responsible in such rape case. Now adays girls are so sexily dressed. Guy therefore will be erm... cannot control. Then, as expected guys also think with cock rather then brains.
