have you girls experience late menses almost every month?
this is happening to me. i'm very worried but i don't want to approach doctor.

have u done anything to be worried abt? aiyah.. actually very common 4 me... i experienced 3 mths nvr come ok...

no worries lah.. mayb caused by overstress or ur diet lah..
try not to think too much abt it den will b ok liao..

hey cheesy..i do haf the same prob too..hmm..mi n moi bf did "it" almost 3wks back..he inserted in w/o condom for few secs outta curiosity..i mean itz definately diff w/o n wif the condom on..after which..moi menses haven realli come yet..dunoe watz the signs?im kinda paranoid..

guess u juz have a longer menses cycle loh..... so long it will come abt the same no. of days for each menses cycle... it's still consided regular lah

but it will be good if u go see a doctor.. my cousin always have her menses late.. the doctor commented that her rate of pregnant is very low.. so have to be careful... go see doctor..

Sorry i am a guy but i wish to give my advise... my elder sister is having the same problem in the past...irregular menses...she went to see a doctor and she's taking pills regularly as treatment till certain period of time... think u should see a doctor coz i think this will affect your fertility rate in the long run.Originally posted by CheEsy:but this has happen to me every month!!! -

hmm..basically late menses might be due to yr sudden change of diet..stress..or on medication..thus delay yr menses..wat u mean by every mth..? longer menses..? well..the normal calculating is..after the last day of yr menses..count to the next 28th day..on the 29th day..u should be having yr next menses..before and after the 29th day..it hsould be considering early and late menses..it's normal..but best is seek a gyn..ask for female doc if u're shy..

true.. late menses is usually according to your diet and irregular meals... do u skip meals at times ? i did, and my menses is always late dun worry gal, many experienced what you are experiencing....
unless you did make out, u are probably afraid that there might be more than to it.....

previously, i wun notice when my menses are coming because i dun take note of my dates... but now i will feel the bloat n small cramps around the womb area..before my menses are here ...
some people dun haf symptons and some people can really feel it is coming and flowing a lot........ hur hur hur take note of bloated stomach.. -

they say most gals they about 1-5 yrs before menses become regualar.. dun worry la.. coz see doc is always safer ba..

It would be better to start taking note of the numbers of days u have menses and the length of cycle(between the 1st day of each cycle). and do take notes of how many pads u used, anything more then 8 is consider heavy flow and should see a doc. Or if there is overflow or big clots.
Its for all ladies out there too.
good practice so when ur gynae ask u, u know wat to say.
if its regular -- meaning length of cycle is constant let say 35 days its still consider ok. but if its irregular like sometimes 28 sometimes 40 etc then u better go and see gynae.
U can go visit ur GP or polyclinic to seek advice or get a referal letter for gynae appointment. -

taken contraceptive to regulate it b4 and i put on lotsa weight too.. so now back to irregular menses -
