from wat i know bus 30 fr bedok to boonlay takes 2hrs 35mins...jus for your reference..dun tell me your work place there.....haiz..gd luck....

from what i remember, it will reach bt timah fairly quickly, after passing eunos and adjunied...
but before u start thinking, ' yeah, reaching soon ', u will realise there is more to come... coz it will wind around bt timah for ages, then go bt batok...
by the time u reach jurong east u will jump off the bus...
for ur info 197 will go thru city, but will take just as long, maybe longer...
if u take 30, then transfer to 176 at pasir panjang, at har paw villa, will take slightly shorter, 2hrs plus to reach jurong central... which is another 10mins walk to jur interchange...
so best is take mrt, will take u 45 minutes from bedok to jurong...and u can sleep all the way... -

MRT ride from Bedok to Jurong East takes 41 minutes. -
