Where is the Courage Fund?

the last we heard about of the Courage Fund had accumulated to 20+ mils.... these are all the good samaritans parting with their hard-earned money to try and do a part for the needy...
Has it all been used?
And used for wat?
Don't we all think that we should be accounted for legitimately?
Apparently, those that had received assistance through this fund had to repay when able... especially the poor cab drivers...
This is not a political issue, but I believe we must know... -
ya lah.. i think the government kapo the money man... there was one time chn U fei chang tou shi yan got interview one old man who is a sars victim.. after he discharged the hospital demand a 11000 medical fee from him.. but he already retired.. he explained to the hospital tat he cant afford to pay so the hospital ask him to seek help from the courage fund.. but they only willing to cover 3000 of his medical fee... and ask him to take care of the rest 8000 himself.. wtf man...

20 mils is not 20 thousand my friend... thats rather close to what David Beckham makes man...considering he's got a very high flying life-style... -
BTW, for every good samaritans that had donated... what did they get.... not necessarily monetary... but what benefits they'd enjoyed?
