1) Paranoids - three times a day... each time after a meal cos we always get that slight urge to "bomb" right after food
2) Hygienics - Twice a day, once in the morning and another before bed
3) Normal - once a day
4) Economicals - four day once.... frontwards, backwards, flipside frontwards & flipside backwards, each for one day...
5) Careless - normally once but for the sudden overflows (menstrual) or leakage, they'll have to change

as for me... its the Normal once a day....every morning, that is...
and when I'm home after work.... its no underwear.... and no need for it also when sleeping.... need to set it free regularly and cannot cage it all the time... -
