I have a fren who is 20 this yr but he is very very short for his age. Standing at only 160
. Is there anyway which he can grow taller still or does those advertisment mag and new paper about growing taller thingy helps? any1 have their experience about going 2 these centers before...? Can help still grow taller at the age of 20? Pls help as he is very worried.. Thanks.. -
Tell ur friend not to worry too much... everyone is different... i would suggest ur friend can skip ropes n drink more milk... tt helps... dun trust those ads... but at 20 might be quite difficult...

as for wat age a guy stops growing, medical research have shown that when a guy hit the age of 18 , he basically slows down or "stops " growning ...
