At what age do most s'poreans start gettin into relatnships?

  People, from what i observe, many singaporeans (both male and female) born in the late seventies onwards start getting into relationships at age 14/15, around sec 3 or 4. This seems to make about 3 out of every 10... Anomalies such as pri 4 and 5 do occur but are very rare.
  
  As for losing their virginity, I've heard that 70% of the women lose it by age 21 and women seldom expect men to be still virgins by the time they are age 27-28...
  
  And one more thing, what is your opinion of this term "25-year-old virgin/spinster"?
  
  Remember, I'm talking about NORMAL Singaporeans here. Please share what you noe...

  most singaporeans are in a relationship when they are born unless they are born a orphan then that is one different story

  for most pple, once they are bornt, they will have a father-child relationship, mother-child relationship sibling-siblings relationship.

  Oh dear, Leion beat me to it ... well, it's true you start relationships from Day One - and I mean the very day you were conceived in your mother's womb.

  When I said relationships I meant the ROMANTIC type, sorry for not being specific. and my statistics came from some social welfare organisation.
