Men's anatomy is made such that excess sperm is purge out of the body (Ur body keeps making them). The natural method is during ur sleep (wet dreams). Some people probably will masturbate regularly (terms of weeks, not days/hours) to avoid such dreams.
Either way, your body will have to ejeculate, so technically i would say 99.9% of guys masturbate, unless they have extreme low sperm count? -
