True once if the boss (male) wants a new younger blood then you are a old blood, no longer tight and sassy as before.
I think lesbianism stays longer as whether you are young or old blood, it stays. There was a female Snr Mgr was sleeping around with her staffs all of which are females for over 3 years. Even the oldest one was her Asst Mgr. -
