  well, actually the nazis did something close enuff, they shaved off all the hairs of the jewish prisoners and used the hairs (pubic included) to manufacture coats for the German army fighting in the Russian front as it was very cold.
  
  It may sound funny now, but it did happen. coz the allies were slowly squeezing the b*lls of the german army and resources ere low...
